Do you sell to retailers?
No. We do not. We schedule in home Trunk Shows for you to look, wear and create your Style. That’s why it’s “Yours By Design”.
How do I become a Stylist?
Becoming a Stylist is easy and now is the best time to get involved. SAS SPURILLA, LLC is looking for Stylist who are ready to take control of their financial success, time and want to share this business opportunity with everyone they come in contact with. Contact the corporate office and we will get in touch with a Stylist in your area. You may may be the first in your area to get started!!
What is a Style Show?
This is an opportunity for you to Gather Up Your Girlfriends and show off your style! A Stylist will give a brief introduction of the business and uniqueness of the jewelry pieces. It’s all about enjoying the evening and bring everyone’s style.
Do I have to have a Show to earn free jewelry?
No. Your Stylist will help you choose the best opportunity that fits your schedule.
How long does is take for the jewelry to deliver?
Delivery is generally 10- 15 business days. However, do to the nature of the Hand Made Sterling Silver some pieces may occasionally extend out to 6 weeks.
What is your return Policy?
Our Replacement Guarantee (with a proof of purchase, required)
We, at SAS SPURULLA, are so incredibly proud of our designs and craftsmanship. Therefore customer satisfaction is our #1 priority. We offer a full Replacement Guarantee upto 120 days after purchase!
To qualify, the item must;
1.) Accompany a proof of purchase;
2.) Be purchased through a SAS SPURILLA Representative;
3.) Be returned to the SAS SPURILLA Corporate office, NOT the SAS SPURILLA representative (shipping charges are nonrefundable if the item is being returned) and cash refunds are not available 30 days after original ship date.
4.) If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you must notify the your SAS SPURILLA Stylist within 3 days of receipt for full refund
5.) Jewelry returns due to manufacturer’s defect accompanied with proof of purchase will be accepted. We will accept returns for up 120 days of original ship date for 6.) Replacement at no charge. Thereafter we will issue a certificate in equal value to the returned merchandise.
Our guarantee does not cover lost jewelry.
Normal wear and tear (not covered under guarantee)
Wear and tear of jewelry occurs through a specific incident. That incident resulted in damage, stress or breakage of the product. Contact with solid surfaces during normal wear may crack stones, deform or scratch soft metal such as sterling silver, and cause wear marks.
Manufacturer’s Defect:
A manufacturer’s defect is a flaw or quality issue that occurred during the manufacturing of the product such as:
• Non-working clasps
• Chipped stones
• Broken posts, wires or hinges
The following are not considered defective:
• Stones that have veins, lines, or matrixes
• Stones that vary in shape and size
• Variance in stone color
Are all your designs Sterling?
No. We have a mix of sterling designs, as well as, glass mini bead and silver plated brass. Majority if your line is Sterling however and is marked accordingly in the catalog. We do not have Nickel in our products.
Is my credit card information safe on your website and /or when a Stylist swipes it?
Yes! We take great measures in securing your information. No one ever see’s you full credit card once you have swiped it or entered it.
